Saraswati Puja (Labor Day)

September 4, 2023 @ 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM

Sri Saraswati Puja will be conducted on Monday, September  4 (Labor Day) from 9:30 to 11:30 am for students returning to or starting a new class year. With the guidance of the priests, puja will be performed by students  (with their parents) and prayers will be devoted to Goddess Saraswati for good health, better education, happy living and prosperous future. You can bring flowers and fruits for the puja.

The students-participation has been increasing each year. Depending on the number of students participating, the puja may be conducted in two sessions.

Please confirm your participation soon to help us better organize the event and also indicate whether you are able to help making Prasad by sending an email to Roopa Sree Tungaturthi roopa74_99@yahoo.com , who is coordinating the event and preparing puja plates in advance.

Hindu Temple-Bal Mandir Program 

 Hindu Temple, Ottawa is pleased to inform you that the “Bal Mandir Program” is on at the temple on Sundays from 11.45 am to 12.45pm.

Here are a couple of visuals and Hindu temple appreciates devotees initiating the activities for children at the temple.
