DESCRIPTION:Sri Hanuman Jayanti will be celebrated on Saturday 1st of June\, starting at 4:30 pm. A special Anjaneya Abhishekam will be performed with chanting of Sri Hanuman Chalisa\, Sundara Kanda (Telugu)\, Bhajans\, and Puja followed by Arati and prasadam at 7 pm. \nAlthough the Hanuman Jayanti on Vaishakha Bahula Dasami is celebrated mostly in South India\, all are welcome to join. You can bring small quantities of milk (1 L. bag)\, flowers and fruits for the Abhishekam and puja. Please don’t bring any cooked items for prasad. \nPrasadam will be organized and distributed at the exit door after the puja. \nIf you would like to help prepare prasadam or volunteer for general help during the event please send a reply to eventsatthetemple@gmail.com. \nIf you need more information about this event\, please contact the Temple at 613-822-1531.
