DESCRIPTION:Maha Shivaratri will be celebrated on Friday\, March 8 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Please join the auspicious occasion with families and friends. You may bring small quantities of milk\, flowers and fruits for abhishekam and offerings. \nThe Temple will be open from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm. \nProgram for the Evening \n4:00 pm           Ganesh Prarthana \n4:10 pm           Bhajans and Devotional Songs \n6:30 pm           Samkalpam \n6:40 pm           Rudra Abhishekam in the main Shiva shrine by the priests \nChanting of Rudram by the Devotees \n7:30 pm           Shiva Puja\, Ashtothara Shatha Namavali\, Manthra Pushpam \n8:00 pm           Aarti (Jaya Shiva Omkara and Jaya Jagadeesha Hare) \nIf you wish to sing a bhajan or a devotional song\, please send a reply email in advance to make sure every one gets the opportunity to sing.  Also\, please encourage youngsters to participate in the singing. \nVolunteers \nWe need volunteers for smooth organization of the event. We need help in setting up tables\, prasad distribution\, help orderly movement of the devotees and general cleanup.
